Update an Existing Listing
Once an organization is part of the PA 2‑1‑1 Resource Database, service providers have access to view, update, and submit changes to organization, service, and location information.
Updating is easy and can be done a number of ways:
1. To access your service listing and make changes directly click here.
2. Use the “Comments or Corrections?” button, found in each service listing. For step-by-step instructions on how to do this, click here for a downloadable PDF.
3. Submit a Reports Request for your Agency’s Full Profile. Our data team will pull a spreadsheet of your organization’s entire listing and send it to the email address you provide for review (please allow 3 business days for electronic delivery). Changes can be made directly on the spreadsheet and returned to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your organization is not listed in the PA 2‑1‑1 Resource Database, please complete the inclusion application.
